How did you choose your programme in Physics ?

At the time, I thought I would become a teacher. So I did my two years of L3 and M1 and then I prepared the agrégation of physics. It is in M2, after having obtained the agrégation, that I started to be attracted by research.

Message and advice to the current and forthcoming students

My advice to ENS de Lyon students: take the time to reconnect with yourself. This is essential after 2 or even 3 years of preparatory classes. It is now time to think about yourself. Take advantage of student life at the ENS Lyon, take a breath and serenely probe what moves you. Work on developing your instinct (the one that will guide you in your choices) and learn to trust this instinct.
